I've eaten here only once, but service is SUPER GOOD. Onion rings was BOMB. I went there on weekend, it seems like they were pretty busy. This location has best Staff with good vibe and friendly service. Manager welcome us with smiling face.Best fast food location.

Never been a Carl Jr's before, food was good and hot (the charbroiled taste is reminiscent of Dairy Queen burgers), will probably swing in again if I can.

Great table service. Clean hands free bathroom. wheelchair accessible. Look for the deals in your mailbox.This works if you just ask. It takes forever to order and get something from them.So slow mo, they have to keep an eye on sticking lids and napkins.Apart from that staffs are friendly and helpful neat and clean dining area.

This is the best run Carls Jr. around. The best fast food burger in Abbotsford with friendly and excellent service. Highly recommended.

I come here 2-3 times per month. The food is good, but more important to me, all the staff is always friendly. Today the clerk remembered that I preferred lettuce wrapped burgers served with a knife and fork (they bring the food to your table) while I was ordering. I'm over the moon as he has only helped me twice before!I had the chance to speak to the owner shortly after they opened this location and he explained that they wanted to present as a sit down restaurant, and with he staff I do believe they deliver. (As I finished writing this, the clerk came to clear my table and ask how my meal was, something I don't see ever in other 'burger joints'.)

I always make sure to pop by this location when I'm in the area. Their hand scooped shakes are so good. The waffle fries are prepared after you order so it's toasty and crispy. The portion seemed smaller than the previous times I've ordered though.Taste: 4/5 Service: 5/5 Value: 4/5

The food is normally okay. Last time we visited they asked if we wanted to upgrade both our combos, for an extra dollar each. We said yes. Paid extra but still got the small drink and small fries, plus one of the sandwiches was wrong.

I used to love this Carl's Jr. Lately the the lettuce so wet that the buns are soggy to the point where I threw the hamburger away and the once yummiest onion rings so greasy it ruined the bag. Thought I was unlucky and just a mistake so I tried it again and the same thing happened again. YUCK and what a waste of money.

Out of all the Carls in town...this on is the junioriest of them all!

Usually good food but this location is the pits!Customer service was slow and no substitutions on combos (Soup Nazi anyone?).When we finally got our food it was cold :( Restaurant was extremely filthy and the washroom was the same. Saturday at 2pm - nearly empty restaurant

This Carl’s Jr is awesome. The other one at south fraser is horrible. Staff is super friendly, assist you with everything. The go above and beyond to satisfy their guest. Thats what someone want where they spend their money.GOOD JOB

These onion rings really take me back. I always double the meat in my burgers. Love it here.

I can't tell you just how much I love Carl's Jr! The service is always top notch, but more importantly they don't make any food until you have ordered, it's always fresh, hot and really, really delicious! I have never had an issue with any of my orders, they've been right ever time, I can't say the same for any other fast food outlet. That speaks volumes! I highly recommend trying all of their food, the burgers are so freaking delicious, their jalapeno poppers, and onion rings, etc.! Enjoy!
